Social Media Intern

We are looking for a talented Social Media Intern to help bring digital concepts and social media campaigns to life. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Social Media and Content Creation as well as knowledgeable of the fashion, health, and wellness industries. This candidate must be willing to work in New York City for the duration of the internship. This is an excellent opportunity with high growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with development of media/influencer lists, content calendars, digital content

  • Assist with copywriting and scheduling social media content

  • Assist with creation and execution of social media outreach

  • Assist with research of industry social media trends & identify key social influencers to engage with.

  • Social media community management

  • Provide social media reports and creative ideas & pitch concepts

  • Graphic Design and Layout skills using Unum is a plus

Qualifications

  • Strong writer with excellent communication skills; very responsive to email 

  • Extremely organized 

  • Ability to be productive and successful in a self-directed environment

  • A quick and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Solution-oriented and always looking for the next step

  • Timely and reliable

TIME COMMITMENT

  • Minimum of 2 days per week

  • Minimum of 14 hours total per week


Communications Intern

The Communications Intern will aid in administrative duties, events, and building relationships within our involved industries. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the entertainment and lifestyle industries, have interest in branding and marketing, and be willing to work in New York City for the duration of the internship. This is an excellent opportunity to get exceptional training, gain new skills and grow within a consulting firm.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

  • Assist executive team with intake and administration of clients by scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, project management etc.

  • Assist in organizing special events

  • General office upkeep

  • Data entry

  • Oversee maintenance of office supplies and office equipment (printer, copiers, faxes, etc.)

  • Take meeting notes and prepare recaps to send to executives and clients

Qualifications

  • Hard-working, punctual, and positive

  • A confident and personable self-starter

  • Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, within tight deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Keynote

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team skills

  • Experience in a consultancy setting is a plus but is not a requirement

TIME COMMITMENT

  • Minimum of 3 days per week

  • Minimum of 21 hours total per week
